What Youll Work On

Exploring the latest advancements in LLMs agentic systems multimodal Al
Rapid-building prototypes using Python LangChain vector stores and modern Al stacks

Designing and evaluating RAG pipelines autonomous

workflows and high-impact Al features

Collaborating with product engineering and business partners to take prototypes from concept production
Sharing insights trends and best practices to help elevate Al across the organization

Who You Are

5 years in Al/ML engineering applied research or advanced prototyping

Strong Python deep familiarity with OpenAl Anthropic HuggingFace Azure Al etc.

Experience with LLMs prompt engineering RAG architectures LangChain/LangSmith vector DBs V Curious collaborative experimental and excited about turning innovation into reality
