Job Summary

Title: QA Engineer

Location: Minneapolis MN (3 days Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Interview: 1st Virtual 2nd Onsite

Genuine visa

Must Have: (10-15 Years Exp) (50% Manuel - 50% Automation)

Ability to Write and Executive Tests (Manuel)
Ability to Code an automated Suite -- in any major development language (java C# Javascript and or Typescript)
CICD Tools (Jenkins Gitlab Github and/or Azure Pipelines Based Exp as far as pipelines go)
- Ability to right within
Ability to perform API tests (Postman)
Selenium Cyprus or Playright Exp (Automation Tools)
Ability to have oversight of a system that is complex that touches a lot of different areas
- Cannot have someone who has tested something specific but something that is complex and has layers
SQL Exp - Doesnt touch it a ton
- Any interaction they do within the data is thru the API
Hands on Jira Exp
Communication is important - will be working with global team
- Ability to work in larger team (Developers and QA)
  - Complete Tests and Releases out
Knowledge of one of the 3 main Clouds -- AWS (MS) Azure or GCP
- MS system is both on-prem and on cloud

Plusses:

Experience in banking or investing industry

Day to Day:

50% Manuel and 50% Automation
- Part of a stand up coordinate with dev team to go over deliverables
  - Iterate/Test on those changes
    - Coordinate other QA folks about who is doing what
      - Document those test cases into Jira
        
        Test those changes and mark those results and then gather and release documentation to the team to provide the documents to app support for the final release.
