Job Description:

Job Title : Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Architect

Job Type : C2C

Experience : 10 15 years

Location : Houston TX(Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Build conversational workflows leveraging Power Automate Power Apps and Dataverse
Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams Outlook SharePoint) and enterprise systems
Implement Generative AI use cases for business automation and knowledge retrieval
Configure plugins connectors APIs and security models
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
Ensure governance compliance and best practices across Power Platform solutions
Support deployment monitoring and optimization of copilots in production
(Senior/Architect level) Define enterprise Copilot strategy and architecture

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse)
Experience integrating Copilot with Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data
Understanding of LLMs prompt engineering and generative AI concepts
Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI Logic Apps Functions)
Familiarity with security compliance and governance in Microsoft environments

Nice to Have

Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications
Experience with Enterprise AI automation or consulting
Background in chatbot or conversational AI platforms

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
