Job Title :End-User Support Analyst (L1/L2 Help Desk Office 365 ServiceNow Hardware Imaging)
Location: Delmar NY Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support to end users via phone email and in-person assistance.
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring end-user workstations including telephones monitors keyboards mice and laptop docking stations.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in diagnosing troubleshooting and repairing HP and Xerox multi-function printers and devices.
- Experience supporting and assisting users with WebEx conferencing tools including meeting setup and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows including ticket monitoring task assignment search and reporting functions; familiarity with NYS ITSM preferred.
- Experience performing laptop imaging configuration and deployment.
