Scope of Project: SCDHHS is looking for an enterprise project manager-consultant who will be the lead for Medicaid Systems Operational Management. This position will lead teams that support business-critical eligibility and enrollment systems responsible for systems which facilitate Medicaid application intake and change processing case maintenance member management eligibility determination and other support functions. This position also serves by directing and managing the implementation and administration/support of project collaboration products in use by SCDHHS (currently Atlassian Suite).
