Job Summary

Location: 2401 Mill Road (Eisenhower Ave) Alexandria VA - Hybrid - 4 days onsite /Week

Senior Accountant/ Analyst/ Auditor Asset Management

o Resource to support the analysis associated with GASB 87 94 and 96 pronouncements

o Resource must be strong and well-versed with accounting in accordance with GAAP and government accounting standards and have associated experience
o Specific experience and or exposure to working with GASB 87 94 and 96 or GASB implementation and other GAAP pronouncements related to accounting for capital assets.
o Experience with reviewing and interpreting contracts/lease agreements

o Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

o Strong accounting and financial statement preparation experience

Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree. CPA CGFM CMA or CIA is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience at a Senior Accounting/Analyst/Auditor level related to engagements for
financial institutions real estate public and/or private sector Federal State or Local government or other specialized area defined by a task order
