The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room specializing in Robotics General Urology Gyn Bariatrics minor vascular plastics and thoracic cases. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicating effectively with patients providers and other team members.
- Floating to other ORs at First Hill Campus as needed.
- Taking call shifts as required.
- Providing skilled nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicating effectively with patients providers and other team members.
- Floating to other ORs at First Hill Campus as needed.
- Taking call shifts as required.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Room.
- Experience with thoracic and vascular cases.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- CNOR certification.
- CNOR certification.
Special Considerations:
- Must have experience in Robotics General Urology Gyn Bariatrics minor vascular plastics and thoracic cases.
- Must have thoracic and vascular experience to take call independently.
- Previous perm staff are not permitted to work here as travelers.
- Any Swedish perm staff is a hard stop for all OR unit and OR specialties.
- Call response time is 30 minutes from being called.
- Must have experience in Robotics General Urology Gyn Bariatrics minor vascular plastics and thoracic cases.
- Must have thoracic and vascular experience to take call independently.

Scheduling:
- Schedules are provided in 6-week intervals.
- Variable schedule set in advance with changes discussed beforehand.
- Call Requirements: Three weeknight call shifts 11p-7a and three weekend call shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a per 6 week schedule.
