Job Summary
At C Bakery we blend conscious eating and international living in every bite. Specialising in vegan cinnamon buns savoury swirls and gluten-free treats everything we create is made with love and a commitment to quality mostly organic wholemeal sourdough-based and always free from sugar and palm oil. Founded by Caris Jordana our bakery is a cosy community space in the heart of Kreuzberg Berlin.
Tasks
The Role
Were looking for a Barista (FLINTA) to join our small team and continue serving our customers with warmth care and great coffee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful daily interactions works independently and shares our passion for ethical food and community-driven brands.
Requirements
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have barista experience and confidence with espresso machines and plant-based milks
- Have excellent customer service skills and a friendly proactive attitude
- Are comfortable working in a vegan and mostly gluten-free bakery environment
- Are passionate about or curious to learn more about sustainable plant-based food culture
- Can work independently and efficiently while keeping a welcoming energy in the space
- (Bonus!) Comfortable working in Markthalle settings; C Bakery prepares weekly treats for local Markthalle in Berlin
