Sr. Full Developer

Project Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Full Developer to design build and maintain modern web applications in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on development across the full stack close collaboration with design and QA teams and active participation in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
• Bridge design and implementation by delivering responsive user-focused web solutions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility performance optimization and responsive design standards.
• Build applications with mobile and social media functionality where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality well-tested deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.
• Perform benefit analysis of IT solutions and recommend appropriate technology direction.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies tools and industry trends.
• Provide guidance on web development best practices standards and governance.
• Support and mentor team members and assist with recruitment or performance reviews when assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience developing enterprise-scale web applications in complex environments.

Technical & Soft Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• .NET 8 or newer
• AWS cloud services
• Angular

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Microservices architecture
• AWS Lambda
• Agile / Scrum experience

Technical Expertise Includes:

• HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Responsive and mobile-first web design
• Cross-browser compatibility and testing
• REST APIs AJAX JSON XML MVC frameworks and template engines
• Source control systems such as Git SVN or TFS
• Unit testing using established testing frameworks
• Object-oriented programming (.NET/C# Java PHP Ruby)
• Relational database design and advanced SQL queries
• Web hosting and configuration using IIS and Apache
• Rapid prototyping and ability to present design concepts effectively
