Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Partnership Taxation Manager to join our Asset Management tax practice. This role focuses on partnership structuring compliance and consulting for complex investment vehicles and joint ventures. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Subchapter K a client-service mindset and the ability to lead multiple engagements in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage and review U.S. partnership joint venture and other non-corporate entity tax returns

Advise clients on partnership structuring entity formation and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions

Apply deep knowledge of Subchapter K partnership taxation and U.S. GAAP

Serve as a primary client contact developing and maintaining long-term client relationships

Lead and mentor junior staff through coaching training and performance development

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Support business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth
Required Qualifications -
CPA license required

Bachelors degree in Accounting

6 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience

Prior experience at a Top 10 public accounting firm (required)

Strong technical expertise in partnership taxation and asset management structures

Excellent analytical communication and client service skills

Ability to travel as business needs require

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with entity formation and mergers & acquisitions

Background serving asset management or investment fund clients
