Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Respiratory Therapy to lead inpatient respiratory services within a unionized hospital environment. This role is responsible for operational leadership clinical excellence staff management and regulatory compliance across respiratory care services.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage teams in a union setting.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License posted on the CA State License Board

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification posted with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Care
-
Minimum 7 years of respiratory therapy experience

Minimum 3 years of respiratory leadership or management experience

Recent experience working in a unionized healthcare environment
-
Recent experience in an inpatient respiratory care setting
