We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

• Develop and document mechanical and thermal system requirements and designs.

• Perform analyses to validate systems and components meet specifications.

• Support system component and installation design documentation for downstream teams.

• Work with suppliers to optimize system integration and achieve program goals.

• Support test and production activities.

• Review VPI/PROs assist with technical documentation updates and ensure policy compliance.

• Train and support junior team members.

Requirements:

• Open to Level 2 or Level 3 candidates.

• 1 2 years of engineering experience required (entry-level to mid-level).

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (or higher degree with relevant experience).

• Strong technical documentation and analysis skills.

• Ability to work under general direction in a collaborative environment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
