Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Inspector - Fabrication/Assembly
LOCATION: Wichita KS
PAY RATE: $43/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Review and disposition nonconforming material through the MRB process.
Read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and work instructions.
Write and process NCRs tags and related quality documentation.
Use SAP and other systems to track discrepancies corrective actions and material status.
Work closely with Engineering Quality and Manufacturing to resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and traceability.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
2 5 years of relevant experience
MRB (Material Review Board) experience
Blueprint reading
NCR writing/tagging experience
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
Strong basic computer skills (documentation and systems usage required)
Must be available to work any shift (1st 2nd or 3rd)
Currently working 10 12 hour days
Weekend work is ongoing and essentially guaranteed
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
