Position: Software Architect - Consultant
Location: Online (Nationwide candidates preferred)
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Architect - Consultant to assist in upgrading a proprietary software system at a prestigious military college. The ideal candidate will work remotely and contribute to enhancing the Cadet Accountability System.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement software architecture solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Upgrade and maintain existing software systems.
Ensure software performance security and scalability.
Document software designs and architecture specifications.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in software architecture principles and methodologies.
Experience with system design and integration.
Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java C# Python).
Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
