Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality primary care services via telehealth. This role focuses on conducting video consultations with patients and delivering comprehensive patient-centered care in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide primary care services through telehealth platforms

Conduct video consultations with patients

Assess diagnose and manage patient conditions

Develop and implement treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed

Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York State

Experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW)
-
Active Medicaid and Medicare numbers
-
Primary care experience preferred

Telehealth experience preferred
-
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
