Title: RPA Automation Anywhere Developer/Lead

Mode: Fulltime/Permanent

Location: Irving TX- Tampa FL Hybrid

Primary Skills:

RPA (A360) / (Automation anywhere)

Secondary Skills: (Exceptor/Appian)

Installation & Support and Configuration Automation Anywhere (A360 ) application server
Creating new On-board in Automation Anywhere in BOT
Off-boarding bots in Automation tool
Tomcat installation and configuration and DB setup in Tomcat
Create Load balancer in Cas tool for configuring Automation and Apian tolls
Support IIS Web Server Security and Application security configuration
Support application team in setting up NDM HSM Luna monitoring
Service start / stop
Decommission of services
Create CMPs for certificate renewal and new request for cert
Test deploy integrate deploy manage support application availability
troubleshooting for Application not Responding deployment failures & If required any further analyses reach to L4 for further analysis.

Installation and Support configuration in Appian Application
Installation and Support configuration in Boardwalk Application

Knowledge of VM Horizon platform.

Incident and problem management
Receive escalation from L2
Create and track problem records with Problem management and close it within SLA
Lead thorough root cause analysis and facilitate engagement from all L4 teams
Review of all major tickets to determine areas of efficiencies and improvements.
Incident management including root cause analysis.
Raising Cases and provide logs/basic information to vendor for issues
