Role Summary

Set up & operate CNC machines to meet blueprint and customer specs
Maintain quality safety and production standards in an aerospace environment

Key Responsibilities

Set up operate & edit CNC programs (mills/lathes)
Read blueprints specs & in-process documents
Use measuring tools & operate CMM
Troubleshoot setups; improve or fabricate fixtures
Perform basic programming (tools speeds feeds)
Maintain housekeeping safety Lean & 5S1 standards
Perform preventive maintenance
Assist/train other operators

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
4 years CNC machining setup & program editing
Strong blueprint reading & measurement skills
Basic computer math & electronics knowledge
Lean/continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
