Job Summary

Title: Customer Service Support
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Wichita KS 67213
Shift: 7:30 4:30 or 8:00 5:00 (Mon Fri)

Role Summary
Supports order management & claims process to ensure smooth customer experience.

Key Duties

  • Support claims management & documentation
  • Update stakeholders on claim status
  • Resolve basic clerical/admin issues
  • Handle simple customer inquiries (credit/debit memos deductions)
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
  • Assist in improving internal processes

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years related experience

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
  • CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • ERP tools (SAP or similar)
  • Customer service or claims experience
