Job Title: Factory Automation Engineer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Co.
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Varina NC 27526
Shift: 3rd Shift (6:30 PM 5:00 AM)

Role Summary:
Keep assembly lines running. Troubleshoot automation vision systems & MES during night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Support shop floor during 3rd shift
Troubleshoot cameras & line breakdowns
Maintain MES product flow
Manage mistake-proofing systems (PLC HMI vision light curtains torque tools)
Diagnose hardware & software issues
Develop PLC logic & HMI programs
Manage SQL databases
Create & update documentation (AutoCAD spreadsheets)

Required Skills:
Allen-Bradley PLC (mid-level)
SQL & database management
Machine vision (Cognex Keyence Banner Presence Plus)
Fanuc Robotics
Electrical circuits (480VAC 24VDC)
NFPA70 & Arc Flash safety
HMI software C# basics
Strong troubleshooting & communication
