Job Summary

description:

This department performs general diagnostic radiology procedures (does not include interventional procedures such as arteriograms angiograms etc). Procedures may include but are not limited to: X-rays fluoroscopy and mammography (only include mammography if you do not have a separate Mammography department being tracked in 735001 or other specific mammography department). This department is also responsible for the pre-procedure and post-procedure care.

Day Shift; Tues - Fri; 8 6:30pm no call; State CA fluoro permit and QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: One to five years experience as a staff technologist OR CERTIFICATIONS: ARRT (R) OR CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Certification following American Heart Association guidelines required (no other cards accepted).LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Required CRT license required fluoro permit required within 6 months of employment start : Able to maintain a positive professional manner in dealing with many individuals and situations often involving stressful or difficult : Able to organize and maintain good : Able to work independently with minimal : Good verbal and written communication skills.
