- Guide customers through current workflows upgrades enhancements and system changes.
- Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise raised during operations maintenance upgrades.
- Ability to work in support services and on-call environment.
- Should have a good understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and cerner millennium data model.
- Should have basic or good understanding of CCL(Cerner Command Language) Discern Visual developer and Olympus.
- Good to have knowledge on ticketing tool ServiceNOW and ITIL process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and customers.
