Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Leadership & Governance
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple business units.
- Oversee platform governance roadmap adoption and scalable architecture.
- Establish best practices around platform usage security compliance and data retention.
2. Solution Design & Technical Implementation
- Architect SFMC solutions including Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder Personalization Studio
- Design and implement automation workflows personalized campaigns preference centers and multi-channel journeys.
- Build and optimize data models data extensions and segmentation logic.
- Develop customizations using AMPscript SQL APIs and integrate with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
- Set up and monitor SFMC connectors and data synchronization processes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing sales data and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Guide internal and external development/support teams.
4. Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Manage testing cycles (UAT regression performance testing) and ensure high-quality platform delivery
- Lead deliverability monitoring including IP reputation authentication and bounce management.
- Interpret Marketing Cloud Intelligence analytics for continuous optimization.
5. Team Leadership & Enablement
- Lead and mentor SFMC developers consultants and specialists.
- Provide technical guidance documentation and training to stakeholders and end-users.
