Job Summary

ServiceNow Solutions Architects.

Job description: The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of solution design configuration testing deployment and transition to sustainment a migration to ServiceNow CSM.

Duration : 6 Months

Location: Ottawa Hybrid

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD SecOps and CSM (CSM Mandatory).

Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs web services and integration of ServiceNow with external systems (e.g. LDAP SSO third-party apps).

Configuration and Customization: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) UI policies business rules workflows and client/server scripts.

Architecture & Design: Ability to design scalable secure and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Data Management: Understanding of data modelling import sets Transform Maps and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) best practices.

Cloud and Security: Knowledge of cloud computing models security protocols and compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments.

Professional Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field is typically required.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in CSM)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (asset)

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred or considered an advanced credential)

Client Location: Ottawa
Number of resources needed: 2
Work Model: Hybrid
Additional info: 40 hrs per week

In addition: Resources should have a reliability clearance or at least 5 years living in Canada without leaving the country for more than 6 months.
