Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead and drive automation testing initiatives across web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium Playwright and Cypress along with solid experience in test management using Rally. This role involves defining automation strategy mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.
Lead end-to-end test automation strategy planning and execution
Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium Playwright and Cypress
Review and optimize automation scripts for performance reliability and reusability
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
Manage test cases defects and execution tracking using Rally (CA Agile Central)
Collaborate closely with developers product owners and Scrum teams
Provide regular test status metrics and quality reports to stakeholders
Mentor and guide automation engineers and QA team members
Ensure best practices in test automation coding standards and version control
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:
Selenium WebDriver
Playwright
Cypress
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java / JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
Experience with Rally for test and defect management
Strong understanding of Automation Framework Design
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab etc.)
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Good understanding of API testing and basic SQL
