We are seeking an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AVD solutions tailored to customer needs ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include:

Solution Architecture: Develop and architect Azure Virtual Desktop environments that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of AVD solutions ensuring best practices and security standards are met.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues within AVD environments maintaining high system reliability and user satisfaction.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of workstations (desktops and laptops) Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 products.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource for clients
