Position Overview
The Planner Scheduler is responsible for developing coordinating and maintaining project schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks. This role serves as a critical link between project managers engineers and operations teams ensuring that all activities are planned tracked and executed according to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop update and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (CMMS Microsoft Project etc.)
Coordinate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to gather input and align schedules with project objectives.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports dashboards and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and allocation across multiple projects.
Support risk management by identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of schedule changes approvals and updates.
Assist in developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align material deliveries with project schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience (3 5 years) in project planning and scheduling within biotech manufacturing or related industries.
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as CMMS MS Project or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI Agile Lean) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
