Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to lead strategic MDM initiatives using Reltio MDM in complex enterprise environments particularly in Healthcare and Insurance domains This role demands deep technical expertise domain knowledge and leadership in driving data transformation programs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of Reltio MDM solutions tailored to Healthcare and Insurance domains
- Drive integration strategies with SAP Salesforce Snowflake and other platforms
- Conduct deepdive sessions on entity modeling survivorship matchmerge logic and workflow orchestration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align MDM solutions with domainspecific data needs
- Embed AIML capabilities for intelligent data matching and anomaly detection
- Define enterprisewide data governance and stewardship frameworks
- Oversee project delivery resource planning and stakeholder engagement
Required Skills
- Extensive handson experience with Reltio MDM in largescale implementations
- Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance data models
- Proven experience in integrating MDM with SAP ERP Salesforce CRM Snowflake
- Expertise in AIMLdriven data quality enhancements
- Proficiency in REST APIs JSON XML and data transformation
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Added Advantage
Experience with other MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM and Stibo Systems MDM
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or related field
Reltio MDM certification
Experience with cloud platforms and data governance tools
Agile methodology experience
