Job Description:
OT Automation Engineer role focused on IoT and OT automation and industrial control systems. The role requires strong hands-on experience combining PLC-based control with Python-driven orchestration in real-time or low-latency industrial environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and support IoT and OT automation solutions
Develop and maintain PLC-based automation logic
Develop Python-based control orchestration and real-time automation solutions
Design hybrid systems combining PLC logic with higher-level software orchestration
Work with industrial communication protocols in production environments
Make architectural decisions on where logic should reside (PLC vs Python)

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in IOT and OT automation and industrial control systems.
Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (platform-agnostic; Rockwell Siemens Schneider etc.).
Strong hands-on experience with Python for control orchestration or real-time automation use cases.
Experience designing hybrid systems combining PLC logic and higher-level software orchestration.
Experience working with OPC UA and MQTT in industrial environments.
Background in equipment automation and control not just monitoring or analytics.
Comfortable making architectural decisions on where logic should live (PLC vs Python).
Experience with low-latency or real-time systems.
