Job Summary

Title: Tool and Die Maker (67867-1)

Location: San Antonio TX

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $31/Hourly

Shift: Variable

Start Time: 5:00 AM

End Time: 11:30 PM

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications.
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document production data and maintain accurate records.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. San
Antonio TX.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination working with small parts

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
5 years of experience in operating CNC machines (milling turning etc.)
5 years of experience in G-code programming and CNC controls
Strong computing skills excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request.

High school or GED
