Spanish Speaking Remediation Manager:-

Cards and payments domain ISO8583SQL knowledge

Role Overview:

Remediation Manager is accountable for end-to-end project delivery across market acceptance initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional efforts across internal teams stakeholders and external partners to drive acceptance manage remediation activities and ensure project KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the overall project plan from initiation to BAU for assigned markets (Spain/LATAM).
Define and manage field testing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates monthly progress reports and escalate blockers to senior leadership as needed.
Drive and support remediation efforts to meet acceptance targets:

- 90% acceptance within 90 days

- 95% acceptance within 6 months

Transition market to BAU monitoring once remediation targets are achieved.
Proactively identify merchant testing needs thorough market analysis and data insights.
Maintain and regularly update merchant test lists
Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to stay aligned with market trends and project progress.
Resolve business and technical issues effectively navigating complex internal structures with strong leadership.

Preferred experience:

Proficient in Spanish communication (verbal and written)
Basics of cards payments and merchant acquisition environments.
Experience of working with scheme/network like VISA Mastercard Rupay CUP JCB etc.
Good understanding of Cards functionality like Auth Transaction Flow Pre-Auth Credit/debit ATM etc as well as ISO8583 standards.
Experience in managing market-level projects and remediation programs.
Familiarity with acceptance testing strategies and KPIs.
Working knowledge of ISO 8583 protocol and transaction message flows.
Strong problem-solving decision-making and data analytics capabilities.
Possess fair knowledge in analyzing data with Splunk and Snowflake.
