The Opportunity
As the Senior Injury Management Advisor you will provide expert frontline support for injury management and oversight of workers compensation claims and processes across the organisation.
This role is responsible for early intervention case management and compliance ensuring timely and effective coordination of return-to-work programs and claims processes. Reporting to the Head of Health & Wellbeing the position works closely with People & Culture business leaders and external providers including our third-party claims provider in a self-insured environment to deliver high-quality outcomes for injured workers while supporting organisational objectives. The role also supports implementation of the Health & Wellbeing Framework ensuring integration of injury management practices with broader wellbeing initiatives.
