Network Supervisor RVM Cleaning Services
Outlook Australia is seeking a meticulous and hands-on Network Supervisor for an immediate start.
This is not just a desk job. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in the field conducting quality audits and stepping in to perform hands-on cleaning duties to ensure our network of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) meets the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.

About the Role
As the Network Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of presentation and operational quality across our entire RVM cleaning network.
You will develop and implement a consistent auditing framework conduct structured weekly audits and provide clear timely feedback to operational leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Crucially this role requires hands-on support. Where audit findings indicate standards have not been met you will be expected to undertake cleaning duties yourself to return the RVMs to an acceptable state.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and refine a comprehensive audit tool for the RVM Cleaning Services division.
- Conduct weekly audits of all RVMs to monitor compliance with cleaning safety and presentation standards.
- Provide clear and timely feedback on audit outcomes reporting all breaches and escalating significant health or safety risks.
- Undertake cleaning duties where audit findings indicate standards have not been met.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to address non-conformances and support the upskilling of cleaning staff.
- Maintain accurate audit records and provide weekly summary reports to the Senior Manager.
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in cleaning operations quality assurance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and quality control practices.
- The ability to conduct inspections or audits with objectivity.
- Physical capability and willingness to perform cleaning duties as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A current VIC drivers licence.
- Experience within the waste management or recycling industry desirable
- Previous experience in a leadership or training role.
