Job Summary

Need Male candidate who can join immediately.

Location-Chennai(Work from office all the 5 days)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end UK payroll process ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery for all UK employees.
  • Interpret and apply UK payroll legislation including PAYE NIC statutory payments (SSP SMP SPP) and pension auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all UK payroll-related queries providing expert advice to HR finance and employees.
  • Review and update payroll policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with UK regulatory changes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during payroll audits ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance standards.
  • Train and mentor payroll staff on UK payroll processes and updates in legislation.
  • Analyse payroll data generate reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration between systems.
