Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Manage complete HR lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management compensation & benefits and employee engagement
• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management and business leaders
• Lead manpower planning succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Oversee industrial relations labor law compliance and statutory requirements
• Handle employee relations grievance management and disciplinary actions
• Drive performance management systems and leadership development programs
• Ensure effective HR reporting MIS and analytics for decision-making
• Lead and mentor the HR team across group companies/units
• Foster a positive work culture and improve employee retention and productivity
