Job Summary
Hiring: Fashion Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Wazir Hasan Road Lucknow
Brand: Archana Jain Hand-Painted Couture (Mens & Womens Wear)
Hiring Partner: Tibarumal Gems and Jewels
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join Archana Jain Hand-Painted Couture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Indian wear Indo-western wear and Western wear with the ability to manage design production and client orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing collections for mens and womens hand-painted couture.
Handle sampling production and client orders end-to-end.
Coordinate with masters tailors karigars and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee quality control of garments at every stage of production.
Ensure timely delivery of all client and bulk orders.
Work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining brand aesthetics.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian wear and Indo-western wear (designing & production).
Graduates from NIFT or similar reputed fashion institutes will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of fabrics embroidery and finishing details.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
Passion for creativity and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Salary range: â¹40000 â¹50000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
