The Administrator Assistant contributes to the quality of life of our residents by providing administrator duties and office support functions to the village to ensure the smooth running of the operations. You will be highly detail-oriented with great computer and admin skills.
Experience/Knowledge required
- Excellent computer literacy as you will work with many different programs.
- Demonstrated competence in a similar role.
- Be organised accurate motivated and able to multitask.
- Experience with rostering preferred.

Strength and competence in customer service and administration through experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Skills to interact and communicate with a varied client base.
- Approachable caring and positive attitude.
- Work well with a team.
- Skills to review systems and implement efficiencies and change.
- Administrative experience with Office 365
