- Oversee and manage all Interior Design (ID) fitout works on site ensuring installations comply with approved ID drawings hotel brand standards material specifications and mockup approvals.
- Supervise daily interior fitout progress monitor subcontractors performance enforce highquality workmanship and ensure adherence to safety and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces between ID works and other trades such as MEP AV/IT FF&E façade signage and specialist suppliers to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless installation.
- Review contractors shop drawings with consultants material samples method statements mockups and progress claims related to ID and FF&E fitout works.
- Conduct regular site inspections resolve construction issues ensure accuracy of finishes and prepare progress quality and handover reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in interior design Interior Architecture Architecture Construction Management or related field.
- Professional memberships or certifications (e.g. MIID IIDA RIBA LEED/AP) are an advantage.
- 810 years of experience in managing ID fitout works for hotel hospitality luxury residential or highend commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of hotel brand design guidelines luxury materials finishing standards mockup processes and FF&E/OS&E coordination.
- Proven track record in managing contractors specialty trades and ensuring highend quality control for hospitality environments
