Lead manage and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation across guest rooms public areas back-of-house and laundry operations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality safety and consistency.
Manage staffing levels scheduling training performance evaluations and succession planning.
Oversee inventory control linen management amenities and housekeeping equipment.
Collaborate with Front Office Engineering and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage departmental budgets cost controls and productivity targets.
Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.
Introduce eco-friendly cleaning products linen reuse programs recycling systems and waste-segregation practices.
Ensure housekeeping and sustainability practices enhance guest comfort health and well-being.
Qualifications :
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations.
Proven experience implementing sustainability or environmental initiatives in hospitality.
Minimum 1 Year of experience at the same level.
