Job Summary
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Deliver accurate and coordinated structural models and drawings from concept to As-built using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ensure adherence to Ramboll templates standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for all deliverables.
- Follow established modelling strategies and QA/QC requirements to maintain quality from the outset.
- Apply correct Revit workflows: modelling tagging view templates worksets schedules and coordination processes.
- Develop Revit families generate PDF/DWG exports and prepare drawings as needed.
- Perform clash detection resolve coordination issues and maintain discipline model links.
- Support automation processes and manage ACC Revit workflows (Publish/Share/Consume).
- Communicate proactively with the BIM Manger/BIM Lead regarding project challenges and propose improvements.
- Carry out self-checks to ensure compliance with QA standards and checking procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Min. 5 to 10 year of work experience in 3D BIM and REVIT. Dynamo knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in implementing the BIM Adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology.
- Good knowledge of local/ International building standards
- Proficient with MS Office (Work Excel MS Project PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Problem-solving and proactive approach to project delivery challenges.
- Ability to develop Revit families and manage multi-disciplinary model integration
- Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks Manage Solibri BIMCollab.
- Familiarity with RTV Exporter DiRoots/Naviate/Ideate tools Rhino Dynamo and ACC features.
