As a Senior Client Servicing Executive you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. We offer a competitive salary range of $30000 - $60000 annually along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and event execution
- Prepare and present proposals to clients showcasing our service offerings
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Gather feedback from clients post-event to improve future services
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of the events industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
