You are the Digital Marketing Expert for Food & Beverage the incumbent will manage the Food & Beverage Digital Marketing function of the designated Properties (Hotels/Resorts).
Managing digital/online business platform planning executing and measuring business impact in order to maximize awareness and eventually bring-in traffic to restaurants/bars/outlets for long-term optimum growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing plans and strategies to drive online activities
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to online/digital platforms.
- Drives sales performance by leveraging data-driven strategies to reach specific audiences optimize conversion funnels and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital campaigns.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Perform any other tactical food & beverage digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in High Volume Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of current online/digital marketing concepts strategies and best practices.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role preferably from Food & Beverage background.
- Proficiency in English communication presentation skills and computer literacy.
