Job Summary
- Operates in close coordination with HQ Supply Chain Management ensuring all activities are executed according to HQ guidelines decisions and priorities and regulatory requirements
- Leads the Supply Chain team and supports in the development of strategic and continuous improvement project including process tools and standards
- Monitors and reports operational KPIs such as order cycle times supplier on-time delivery and logistics performance.
- Provides feedback to HQ on operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Supports risk identification and mitigation efforts as initiated by HQ supply chain leaders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business or Supply Chain
- 10 years progressive managerial experience in Supply Chain
- Proven skills/knowledge in international Supply Chain in EPC Energy Oil and Gas or Renewables sectors
- Used to communicating at Management Level & across divisional structures
- Promotes the long-term internal and external collaboration based on the company values
- Fluent in English and Italian
