Senior Project Manager Design

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager - Design to join our dynamic team in Doha this pivotal role you will lead and oversee complex design projects ensuring their successful execution from conception to completion. As a key member of our organization you will collaborate with cross-functional teams manage resources and drive innovation in our design processes.

• Develop and implement project plans timelines and budgets for large-scale design initiatives
• Lead and motivate cross-functional design teams fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Manage client relationships ensuring clear communication of project goals progress and deliverables
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept development to final implementation
• Identify and mitigate potential risks developing contingency plans as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to quality standards timelines and budgets
• Facilitate effective communication between team members clients and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Design Business Administration or a related field
• 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on design-related projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design initiatives
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma
• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA Trello or Microsoft Project
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Solid understanding of design principles processes and current trends
• Knowledge of user-centered design approaches
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Additional design-related certifications (e.g. UX/UI certifications) are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs
