- Typing a variety of documents including correspondence reports and memos
- Processing and inputting data into computer systems
- Sorting and filing paperwork
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
