Infrastructure Team Lead

Role: Team Lead Corporate Systems (Infrastructure)
Location: Hybrid (Canada / U.S. travel required)

CorGTA has partnered with a leading organization in the energy and building automation space in search of a Corporate operations Team LeadThis role will support a portfolio of commercial buildings and act as the main client contact for onboarding troubleshooting and service excellence.

What Youll Do

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead coach and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals

• Manage workload prioritization to meet service-level and operational commitments

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues

• Maintain strong standards for documentation change management and operational readiness

Technical Leadership

• Own and lead core infrastructure platforms including servers virtualization storage networking cloud services and backup/recovery

• Ensure environments are secure patched resilient and aligned with best practices

• Evaluate and implement improvements to infrastructure architecture tooling and processes

Project Delivery

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on infrastructure and cross-functional initiatives

• Collaborate with developers architects cybersecurity and business teams to design and deliver solutions

• Coordinate infrastructure deliverables while ensuring alignment with security and architecture standards

Collaboration & Governance

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business objectives

• Communicate clearly on risks priorities timelines and operational concerns

• Support IT governance audit readiness and compliance initiatives

• Identify opportunities for automation modernization and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• 7 years of experience in infrastructure operations or systems engineering

• 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role

• Strong understanding of ITIL practices change management and incident/problem management

• Experience working in project-driven cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

• Databases: SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB

Working Environment
