About Navayuga Group & Chinta Green Energy
The Navayuga Group is one of Indias leading infrastructure and engineering conglomerates with a strong legacy across ports bridges metro rail highways irrigation and large-scale hydro projects. The Group is now building a dedicated renewables storage platform to scale rapidly in the energy transition space.
Chinta Green Energy is the Groups newly established Renewables & Storage platform focused on developing solar RTC renewables grid-scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and pumped storage projects across India. The platform already has visibility on a strong multi-GW development pipeline.
Chinta Green Energy is held directly by the Promoters of Navayuga Group. This platform is being built as a standalone entity with a dedicated capital-raising plan and a clear roadmap to become a top-tier renewables storage IPP.
Tasks
4-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking within the Renewables sector (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in equity fundraising debt financing structured instruments and lender/investor processes
Strong capability in financial modelling valuation and scenario analysis
Experience managing rating agencies due-diligence partners banks and institutional investors
Ability to independently drive end-to-end transaction cycles
Requirements
We are looking for Renewables Corporate Finance professionals to run and execute end-to-end equity debt and structured financing activities for Chinta Green Energy. The role covers full ownership of financial modelling transaction execution diligence management capital structuring and coordination with rating agencies advisors and internal teams. The candidate must be able to independently run financing workstreams across solar BESS RTC and pumped storage projects
