Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communications with existing/prospective investors (family offices funds of funds etc.)
Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly performance reports & market commentaries including fund metrics and risk analytics
Develop fundraising materials (Pitchbooks Q&A briefs roadshow presentations)
Coordinate due diligence processes across Legal Compliance and Operations teams
Maintain investor databases communication logs and pipeline tracking
Support post-investment reporting and regulatory disclosures to ensure compliance

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting or related field; ****CFA/CAIA preferred
5-8 years IR capital introduction or client-facing experience at hedge funds/asset managers/investment banks
Knowledge of hedge fund metrics (Sharpe/Alpha/Beta) DD processes & quant strategies
Legal Hong Kong working status (Permanent Resident / QMAS visa holder)
Exceptional bilingual communication (English & Mandarin)
Advanced PowerPoint/Excel; Bloomberg proficiency
Proactive detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
