Job Summary

Job Title: Accountant cum Admin

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
    • Maintain basic accounting records including managing invoices receipts and payments.
    • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
    • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure timely financial transactions.
    • Work with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage office administrative tasks including attendance handling correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
    • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Comfortable with 50% travel within the city for office-related tasks (banking vendor management client visits etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field.

Other Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
