Job Title: Accountant cum Admin
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Job Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Maintain basic accounting records including managing invoices receipts and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure timely financial transactions.
- Work with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage office administrative tasks including attendance handling correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Travel Requirements:
- Comfortable with 50% travel within the city for office-related tasks (banking vendor management client visits etc.).
Required Skills:
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field.
Other Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
