We are looking for a high-performing recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Marketing and Sales hiring across Indonesia Vietnam and Hong Kong on a 6-month contract basis.
This is a true 360 recruitment role. You will own roles end-to-end: from briefing and sourcing through to candidate management interview coordination and offer support. Speed quality and candidate experience matter equally here.
The ideal recruiter is commercial highly organised and comfortable operating at pace with proven experience recruiting within fintech financial services trading FX CFD or crypto environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles from intake through to offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers and TA colleagues to understand role requirements priorities and market realities
Deliver high-quality shortlists quickly with a strong focus on relevance and market fit
Sourcing & Market Mapping
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter advanced Boolean search techniques ATS databases and local job platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines across Indonesia Vietnam and Hong Kong
Actively headhunt passive candidates not just inbound applicants
Continuously map competitor companies and talent pools within fintech and financial services
Candidate Management & Experience
Own candidate communication end-to-end ensuring a professional responsive and transparent experience
Conduct initial screening calls in strong Business English
Manage interview scheduling feedback loops and follow-ups efficiently
Keep candidates engaged through long or complex processes
Process Tools & Reporting
Work confidently with ATS systems to ensure accurate tracking notes and compliance
Maintain clean pipelines timely updates and clear status reporting to the TA team
Flag risks early (market constraints compensation gaps profile quality issues) and suggest solutions
Qualifications :
Must-Have
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter ideally within fintech financial services trading FX CFD or crypto
Demonstrated experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles
Hands-on recruitment experience in Indonesia Vietnam and Hong Kong (non-negotiable)
Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Boolean search ATS databases and local job boards
Excellent Business English (written and spoken)
Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive and accountable
Nice-to-Have
Experience working within an in-house TA team (vs agency-only background)
Familiarity with regional market nuances candidate expectations and compensation dynamics
Experience supporting high-growth or fast-moving businesses
