Job Summary

We have a permanent fulltime position available with shifts as Service Desk Team Member and Sales Support 2IC.
Service Desk
- Tuesday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Sales Support 2IC
- Sunday: 1:00pm - 8:30pm
- Monday 7:30am - 4:00pm
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC and Service Desk team this dual role you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the front of house as well as run the Service desk for part of your work week.
Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations ensuring that internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner as well as being a keyholder who will open and/or close the store on your 2IC shifts.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience.
